Step 1 · Entry

Automation check: half a day, a clear result

We look at your processes together. You get it in writing: what is worth doing, what it costs and how it would be built. €490, fully credited against the implementation.

All prices net, plus statutory VAT.

How the check works

  1. 1

    Intro call (30 minutes, free)

We check whether the audit fits your situation and set a date.

  2. 2

Half a day on site or by video

We map the processes that repeat every week in your business: enquiries, receipts, appointments, lists. I ask who does what, when, and where it gets stuck.

  3. 3

Assessment of two or three candidates

For each process: what can be automated, what a person still has to decide, which data and accounts are involved.

  4. 4

Written result within 5 working days

Concept, effort and cost per candidate, plus a recommendation on where to start. The document doubles as the blueprint for the implementation.

What you get

  • A list of your recurring processes with an assessment of what can be automated
  • For two or three candidates a concept with effort, cost and running costs for server and AI model
  • A recommendation on where to start and what to prepare
  • A document you can hand to any other provider

Price and credit

The check costs €490 net plus statutory VAT. If you then commission the implementation (step 2, from €2,900), the €490 are fully credited. If you decide against it, you keep the result. There is no obligation to take the next step.
